About the Role:
Liberty Law Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Attorney to join our dynamic team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal services while making a meaningful impact in our community.

Salary:
  • Base pay $85,000-$100,000 with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Participate in community outreach and legal education initiatives.
Preferred:
  • Background in criminal defense and/or personal injury.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Nebraska.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and community involvement.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
