You won't be doing it alone: you'll collaborate with skilled attorneys, paralegals, and support teams who are all aligned with the same mission—delivering exceptional legal results while treating clients like family.While you'll be expected to take ownership of your cases and lead them through the litigation process, you'll also benefit from a team structure that supports you at every stage. We believe that success is a team sport, and we've built our systems around that belief.Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients empathetically, clearly, and consistentlyOffer sound legal advice while leading and mentoring support staffHandle demands, offers, and negotiations with insurance companiesDraft compelling legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefsAttend and argue motions at hearings and pre-trial proceedingsTake and defend discovery and trial depositionsPrepare for and attend mediationsLead trial prep and represent clients confidently in the courtroom when necessaryPlease note that this is a production-based role with high earning potential.
