This position is best suited for an attorney with 2–5+ years of litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to play a key role in advancing complex personal injury cases through the litigation process.As part of our team, you will take ownership of a dynamic caseload, contributing to case strategy, managing discovery, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and preparing matters for trial. We are looking for someone who brings sharp legal instincts, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong command of both written and oral advocacy. Your ability to think critically, analyze legal issues deeply, and communicate clearly with clients—both in English and Spanish—will be essential to your success in this role.You will be supported by a team of experienced litigators and legal staff, and you'll be expected to handle your responsibilities with autonomy, initiative, and professionalism.
