Attorney | Personal Injury | 149093

A plaintiff-side personal injury practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Encino office. The position is suited to a California-barred attorney who is interested in personal injury litigation, willing to learn, and comfortable managing an active caseload with guidance from a Senior Trial Attorney.

The role involves handling personal injury matters, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting complaints, taking and defending depositions, participating in settlement negotiations and mediations, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• California Bar admission and good standing required
• Plaintiff-side personal injury or litigation experience preferred
• Trial experience desirable
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule & Location:

• Encino, California
• Fully in-office
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000-$130,000 annually, with limited flexibility depending on the candidate
