In this role, you will manage a caseload of personal injury matters. Bonus details are discussed during the offer stage.In addition to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, we offer a strong benefits package that includes Blue Cross Blue Shield medical coverage ($1,000 deductible), dental and vision insurance, and employer-provided $25,000 life insurance coverage for enrolled employees.What You'll DoManage a caseload of personal injury matters, including automobile collisions, 18-wheeler wrecks, premises liability, traumatic brain injury claims, product liability, and wrongful deathConduct thorough client intakes, assess liability and damages, and develop a case strategy from the first consultationGather and analyze police reports, medical records, bills, and supporting evidence to construct compelling demand packagesDraft and send demand letters to insurance carriers; negotiate aggressively on behalf of injured clientsSee through insurance carrier tactics and counter them effectivelyMaintain consistent, proactive communication with clients so they always know where their case standsCoordinate with medical providers, lienholders, and specialists throughout the claims processEvaluate cases for litigation and prepare thorough transition files for the trial team when settlement cannot be reachedKeep accurate, timely records in the firm's case management systemCollaborate closely with paralegals and case managers to move cases forward efficientlyStay current on Arkansas personal injury law, insurance practices, and relevant case law developmentsWhat We're Looking ForRequiredJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive Arkansas State Bar license in good standingPersonal injury experience (pre-litigation or litigation)Proven negotiation skills and the confidence to push back when an offer falls shortStrong written and verbal communication; you can build a persuasive demand and explain a complex case to a client in plain termsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload without losing attention to detailProficiency with legal case management softwarePreferredFamiliarity with Arkansas insurance defense practices and carrier tendenciesUnderstanding of medical terminology, injury treatment protocols, and how injuries affect long-term earning capacityExperience managing a caseload of 50+ active matters simultaneouslyA genuine drive to hold negligent parties accountable; not just close filesThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
