What You’ll Do
- Manage single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Lead negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams using structured workflows

What They’re Looking For
- California-barred attorney
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Experience with wage-and-hour and/or FEHA/ADA matters
- Comfort working in structured, tech-enabled systems
