Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Attorney (BAR REQUIRED) to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of immigration matters and a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare immigration forms and petitions for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including family-based applications such as marriage-based adjustments.
- Handle business visas and related representations, ensuring compliance with all immigration laws and requirements.
- Manage non-employment-based applications such as N-400 (Naturalization), I-90 (Green Card Renewal), I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions), and more.
- Provide direct representation to clients before Immigration Court, USCIS, and consular processing for relief applications, including:
- U visas
- VAWA
- Battered Spouse Waivers
- Asylum Applications
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
- Business-related petitions and other visa categories.
- Litigate matters by drafting and filing motions, briefs, and other legal documents for interviews, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Represent clients in immigration interviews, hearings, and trials.
- Advise and assist paralegals on various immigration matters.
- Maintain strong and clear communication with clients while delivering exceptional legal guidance.
- BAR License: Must have an active license to practice law.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
