Job Description
- Advise business clients on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Develop creative legal strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives.
- Partner closely with clients to solve complex legal and business challenges.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver innovative solutions.
- Build trusted long-term client relationships through exceptional service and strategic guidance.
- Handle diverse legal issues requiring adaptability, sound judgment, and business acumen.
- Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes and strengthen the firm's collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Bar license.
- 3+ years of private practice experience.
- Strong background advising business clients.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative legal solutions.
- Solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
