Attorney Professional Liability Litigation Hybrid

A Chicago-based litigation practice is seeking an attorney to join its Construction and Design Professional Liability practice. Candidates with 5+ years of experience are preferred, although attorneys with approximately 3+ years of highly relevant experience will be considered.ResponsibilitiesHandle construction litigation and professional liability defense matters.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.Conduct legal research and written analysis.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.Communicate directly with clients and assist with litigation strategy.QualificationsConstruction litigation experience required.Professional liability defense experience involving architects and engineers preferred.Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.An active Illinois law license and good standing are required.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $115,000–$190,000.Multiple bonus opportunities.Hybrid schedule.Comprehensive benefits package.Formal mentorship and professional development programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
