What You'll Handle
- Medical malpractice defense matters
- Professional liability defense litigation
- Healthcare licensing board investigations and proceedings
- Representation of physicians, nurses, therapists, hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical groups
- Depositions, motion practice, discovery strategy, and case management
- Medical record review and factual investigations

Ideal Background
- 2–5 years of litigation experience
- California Bar license in good standing
- Professional liability, medical malpractice, or healthcare litigation experience preferred
- Experience in taking and defending depositions preferred
- Strong motion drafting and advocacy skills
- Ability to analyze medical records and factual evidence
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
- Demonstrated career stability and long-term commitment
