Work Environment: They prefer this position to be onsite 100%; however there is some flexibility for 1-2 days remote per week

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF ATTORNEY RECRUITING EXPERIENCE
Our client is looking for an Attorney Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a professional candidate experience while sourcing top-tier talent to join their growing team. The recruiter will work closely with the Firm’s Hiring managers and Firm Administrator to ensure that the Firm achieves success in its recruiting efforts. This is a critical role in maintaining the firm's standards of excellence and fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. This position will also be recruiting for support staff across the firm.
- Primary role is to handle the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews and providing additional follow-up as needed
- Source and recruit legal talent to fill positions in current or future firm locations under the guidance of departmental leadership.
- Support new hires with onboarding instruction and other policy information, including the firm employee handbook
- Maintain employee files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Assist with maintaining payroll records, including correcting missed punches for non-exempt staff
- Assist with annual open enrollment process, including final reconciliation of employee enrollments
- Develop thoughtful and professional relationships with candidates to positively represent the firm.
- Review candidate applications, including resumes, cover letters, and writing samples, and exercise independent judgment to evaluate qualifications.
- Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for further consideration.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring compliance with inclusivity standards and labor laws.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects for Firm Administrator
