This is an environment where collaboration, accountability, and professional development are truly valued.Position OverviewThe firm is seeking an Associate Attorney through Senior Attorney (open to candidates with 1 year of experience up to 20+ years ) to join its Richmond, VA office. The team is open to attorneys coming from personal injury, prosecutor's offices, or trial-heavy backgrounds , including those looking to transition into civil litigation.This role offers flexibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a well-structured personal injury practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload , including pre‑litigation and/or litigation mattersHandle case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trials as applicableCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriersWork collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staffMaintain strong organization and case progression in line with firm standardsExperience & QualificationsLicensed attorney in Virginia (or ability to become licensed)Open to experience levels ranging from 1 year to 20+ yearsBackgrounds considered include:Personal injury (pre‑litigation and/or litigation)Prosecutor or government litigationTrial attorney experience highly valuedStrong work ethic, coachability, and alignment with firm cultureDesire to grow long‑term within a team‑oriented firmCaseloadAverage target caseload: 100–125 casesFirm is willing to provide up to 3 months of training , depending on experience levelAttorney fee/bonus structure: DOECompensation structure is flexible and aligned with experience and performanceSchedule & Work ArrangementIn-office required for the first 90 daysFlexibility available for the right candidateWhy Join This Firm?Strong cultural fit and team‑first mentalityConsistent systems and processes that support attorney successLong‑term growth opportunities within a disciplined, expanding firmLeadership that invests in training, structure, and people#J-18808-Ljbffr
