Serve as legal advisor in land use & natural resource matters to private companies such as renewable energy clients
Conduct legal research
Draft court documents, working with the Bureau of Land Management
1750 billable requirement
What you must have:
Land use experience
Environmental law experience
A Plus- CEQA, NEPA, Williamson Act, mitigation and/or conservation banking
Salary/Rate Range: $180-210k DOE Bonuses:
