Position Overview:Position Summary
The Employment Counsel will serve as a trusted legal advisor to SiteOne’s Human Resources, Compliance, and business leadership teams on all aspects of U.S. and Canada employment law. This role will provide practical, risk‑based guidance across a complex, multi‑state / province associate population and support SiteOne’s continued growth through acquisition while ensuring compliance with evolving federal, state, and local employment laws.
This position partners closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, Compliance, and outside counsel to proactively manage employment risk, support workplace investigations, and develop scalable employment practices.
