St. Louis law firm's Business, Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Group is seeking a 5+ year corporate transactional associate to join our sophisticated and growing business practice.This role is designed for an attorney currently practicing at a larger regional or national firm who is ready for more ownership, meaningful client relationships, and a clear path toward long-term growth within a high‑performing transactional group.The Practice Buy‑and sell‑side mergers and acquisitionsAsset and stock purchase transactionsCommercial real‑estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financingCorporate structuring and governance mattersStrategic transactions from letter of intent through closingWe represent privately held businesses, developers, investors, and growth‑oriented companies across industries.What You'll Do This position is not limited to drafting support. You will:Lead significant portions of M&A transactions from diligence through closingDraft and negotiate core transaction documents (purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, LOIs, NDAs, financing documents)Advise clients on corporate governance and risk managementServe as primary or secondary client contact on transactionsCoordinate with lenders, accountants, business advisors, and opposing counselMentor junior associates and contribute to team developmentWhat We're Looking For 5+ years of corporate transactional and/or commercial real estate experienceDemonstrated experience handling sophisticated M&A transactionsStrong drafting and negotiation skills across complex deal documentsAbility to independently manage deal workflow and timelinesCommercial judgment and client‑facing confidenceMissouri licensure or eligibility for admission#J-18808-Ljbffr
