Job Details

Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution and trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, responses, and other litigation-related documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
Take and defend depositions.
Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.
Effectively manage deadlines and case progression in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York State.
1-7 years of civil litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated courtroom advocacy skills or a strong interest in developing trial experience.
Ability to independently manage responsibilities while working collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly motivated, competitive, and committed to achieving successful client outcomes.
