This attorney handles a wide range of transactional matters for homeowner association clients and maintains regular communication with clients throughout the course of representation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze governing documents, contracts, insurance policies, statutes, and real estate documents to provide legal counsel.Draft legal documents, including contracts, opinion letters, governing documents, rules, easements, and licenses.Conduct legal research and provide well-supported legal advice.Negotiate and resolve client matters while maintaining regular client communication.Attend board and annual meetings as needed, including occasional evening meetings.Support business development and marketing initiatives through client education and firm events.QualificationsLicensed to practice law in Colorado with litigation and/or transactional experience, preferably in real estate, nonprofit, corporate governance, contract review, fair housing, and employment law.Strong analytical, legal research, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), legal research tools, and case management/billing software.Ability to manage multiple priorities, accurately track billable time, and demonstrate strong English proficiency.Eligible full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short‑and long‑term disability insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), a 401(k) with employer contributions, and a profit‑sharing plan.
