We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Copy of Attorney with a strong background in Trust and Estate law. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, who is looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide expert legal advice and services to our clients, ensuring their wishes are respected and their assets are effectively managed.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Copy of Attorney, you will be responsible for a diverse set of duties including but not limited to:
1. Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as wills, trusts, estates, and power of attorney documents.
2. Providing expert advice on estate planning and trust management to clients.
3. Representing clients in probate court proceedings.
4. Collaborating with financial advisors and accountants to develop effective estate plans.
5. Conducting legal research and analysis to identify potential legal issues and provide solutions.
6. Ensuring all legal documents and proceedings are in compliance with the current laws and regulations.
7. Assisting clients in making informed decisions about their assets and estate planning.
8. Providing ongoing legal support and advice to clients as their circumstances change.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate law.
3. Proficiency in drafting legal documents including wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.
4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning and probate laws.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
8. Proven track record of successful representation in probate court proceedings.
9. Strong research skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Active membership in the state bar association.
