A growing Southern California boutique law firm is seeking a California-barred Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side practice.

This full-time hybrid position offers the opportunity to independently manage a workers' compensation caseload, attend court, conduct depositions, pursue Temporary Total Disability (TTD), Partial Permanent Disability (PPD), and medical treatment benefits, negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel, and work closely with a dedicated support team. There are no billable hour requirements.

• Salary: $100,000–$150,000, based on experience

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
