ATV & Motorcycle Powersports Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance, ensuring that all repairs and services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, including brake repair and suspension work.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for vehicle assembly and repair tasks.
• Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required during the repair process, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards.
• Assist in sales by providing customers with information about services offered, promoting additional services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician with a strong background in vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment related to automotive repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues effectively.
• Experience in brake repair, suspension work, or assembling components is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• A valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications related to automotive service are a plus.
