AUCTION: Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable experiences across our consumer marketplace ecosystem. Youll partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to design solutions that help millions of buyers, sellers, and investors make confident decisions in high-stakes transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design for high-impact marketplace product areas across web and mobile platforms, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics for marketplace experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design direction.
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex multi-sided workflows.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across buyer, seller, and partner experiences.
• Mentor junior designers, raising the bar for design quality and team culture.
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organization, balancing business goals with customer value.
