Position Summary
The Sales & Service Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of the dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries
• Support the sales and service teams with daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom environment
• Assist with paperwork, data entry, and general office duties
