A leading digital streaming network seeks an Audience Insights & Measurement Analyst to support advertising sales and audience development through audience measurement, media analytics, and data-driven insights.
Shift:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver audience analyses, competitive insights, custom reporting, and reusable reporting templates using Nielsen NPower, Ad Intel, and other audience measurement tools to support advertising sales initiatives and client requests.
Analyze audience and viewership data to establish performance baselines, evaluate ratings, audience behavior, cross-platform metrics, and campaign performance while translating findings into strategic recommendations and compelling business narratives.
Support audience development initiatives by contributing to dashboards, measurement frameworks, franchise prioritization, audience opportunity analysis, and the integration of syndicated and first-party audience data.
Partner with advertising sales, media strategy, planning, and cross-functional teams to develop sales stories, measurement strategies, agency support, and audience insights while responding to evolving business needs and learning new data platforms.
Maintain accurate reporting, identify trends, interpret complex datasets, and present actionable insights through clear presentations and executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in media research, audience measurement, or media analytics within a network, studio, agency, or measurement provider.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience with Nielsen NPower and Ad Intel.
Fluency with television and streaming audience metrics, including ratings, share, time spent viewing, average minute audience, reach, and duplication.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Ability to interpret audience measurement data, identify trends, develop strategic recommendations, and data-driven narratives.
Ability to learn new audience measurement platforms, data sources, and software applications quickly.
Strong ability to work with syndicated and first-party audience data.
Ability to support multiple priorities and respond to evolving business needs.
Experience with VideoAmp is preferred.
Experience with Comscore, Global Web Index (GWI), MRI-Simmons, or comparable syndicated and cross-platform sources is preferred.
Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
Experience with multicultural measurement, including segmentation and panel-based research, is preferred.
Experience with fandom-driven franchises, unscripted programming, soap operas, or comparable franchises is preferred.
Experience with agency collaboration is preferred.
