Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Video Conferencing and Event Services professional to operate, maintain, and support our video infrastructure and live event production. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure maximum uptime, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth meeting and event experience

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environment, and infrastructure.
- Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including RMAs and hardware/software issues.
- Process service requests and track incidents, tickets, and change requests in ServiceNow.
- Provide event production packets (logistics, test plans, configuration drawings) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Produce Run of Show documents, attendance reports, and IT equipment readiness checklists for the Audio Video production team.
- Work with 3rd party vendors on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Adhere to SLAs, maintain maximum uptime, and conduct equipment audits as necessary.
- Follow defined processes and ensure the team adheres to them.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
- Experience with Zoom Meetings/Webinar, Teams Meetings/Teams Live, Cisco Webex Meetings/Webinar, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment: cameras, microphones, projectors, touchscreens, and monitors.
- Experience operating audio and video equipment for live events such as All Hands and Townhalls.
- Understanding and troubleshooting of Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, Allen & Heath 30-channel digital mixers, Vaddio-type video switchers, digital cameras, Clear-Com-type audio devices, and multi-channel lighting boards with presets.
- Working knowledge of VLC player, PC hardware, cables, extenders, and peripherals from Shure, Netgear, QSC, Epson, and Samsung.
