The Mount Tech is a rapidly growing Audio/Video Intergrator and Smart Home technology company serving East Texas. We specialize in TV installations, home theaters, whole-home audio, networking, security cameras, outdoor entertainment, motorized shades, and commercial AV systems.

AV Lead Technician Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional Audio/Video, Home Theater, or Low Voltage installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with TV mounting, home theaters, distributed audio, networking, and security cameras
- Ability to read installation plans and follow company standards
- Excellent cable management and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely on ladders
Preferred Experience
- 8 ohms/70 volt systems
- Ubiquiti or Araknis networking
- URC, Control4, Lutron, or similar automation systems
- Rack building and structured wiring
- Commercial AV installations
AV Helper Requirements
- Low-voltage, wiring, construction, electrical, or handyman experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Audio/Video industry
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Occasional overtime
- Some Saturdays as needed
- Travel throughout East Texas for installations
