What you need to get the job:
- Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting corporate AV environment
- Must be consistent, punctual and able to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Document processes and train end users on basic functionality of AV usage
- Familiar with a variety of AV vendors and systems
- Ability to support AV system that connects to a complex network
