Position Overview<\/b>
<\/p>
Our client is seeking an experienced <\/span>AV Lead Technician<\/b> <\/span>to lead on -site installation teams and subcontractors on commercial AV projects. This role is hands -on and leadership -focused, ensuring installations are completed according to design specifications, industry standards, project schedules, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead and support on -site AV installation teams and subcontractors
<\/li> - Coordinate staffing needs and ensure crews have the proper tools and resources
<\/li> - Work closely with the AV Project Manager to request materials, track deliveries, and manage on -site logistics
<\/li> - Record equipment serial numbers and manage on -site material inventory
<\/li> - Track labor hours and material usage throughout the project lifecycle
<\/li> - Maintain daily job journals, inventory logs, and field documentation to keep projects on schedule
<\/li> - Perform daily on -site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance
<\/li> - Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel
<\/li> - Identify and communicate scope changes, equipment issues, or material failures to the AV Project Manager and design team
<\/li> - Assist with field documentation, including as -built drawings, cable certification reports, and warranties
<\/li> - Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
<\/li> - Stay current with emerging AV technologies and best practices
<\/li> - Perform other related duties as assigned
