Audio/Visual Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Sales Account Manager to manage the full sales cycle for corporate events, conferences, and live productions. This role is ideal for someone who thoroughly understands audio visual systems, can confidently estimate and quote events, and thrives in a client-facing environment.


You will handle warm inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, scope AV needs, build accurate quotes, present proposals, and close profitable business. You’ll also prospect for new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to warm inbound leads and guide clients through discovery conversations
  • Scope AV needs for corporate events, conferences, galas, and live productions
  • Build accurate AV quotes and estimates (gear + labor)
  • Present proposals, negotiate, and close business
  • Maintain client relationships and support light post-sale communication
  • Attend site walks, client meetings, and key events as needed
  • Prospect for new business during slower periods
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to support successful events


Must-Have Experience

  • Audio Visual (AV) industry experience
  • Corporate events / conferences / live event production background
  • Strong estimating and quoting skills (must be able to scope gear + labor)
  • Ability to communicate technical AV solutions clearly to clients
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or event production sales
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships


Nice to Have

  • Experience with quoting or CRM systems (Lasso is a plus)
  • Ability to create simple 2D visuals or mockups (Canva or similar)
  • Experience working with production teams and understanding event workflows


Schedule

  • Hybrid role. Mix of in-office and remote work
  • In-person attendance required for site walks, client meetings, and select events
