Goals and Outcomes:<\/b>
The Senior Programmer is responsible for testing and commissioning systems. This includes setting up, installing,
operating, testing, and troubleshooting Audio/Video/Control and related
equipment to create an experience that will help our clients impress their
audience.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>Essential Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Understand and review all drawings so that all
related information, Schedules and documentation is understood.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Verify all of the drawings, code, site pictures, and job description are
complete and you have access to them.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure the equipment is programmed, configured and tested before onsite
installation so that it delivers the functionality as defined in the SoW.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Complete walk through of the site with the PM and go over all details of the
installation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Configure network switches
<\/span><\/li> - Program DSP and load control code as necessary.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Create end -user guides and conduct end -user training.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure that the job is completed to ASW and industry standards for a safe and
fully functional system.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Update mission progress in PlanGrid and Zoho Projects at the end of each day.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure that all equipment is connected per the drawings.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - If the drawings are incorrect for functionality, mark the necessary changes
accordingly in PlanGrid..
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Submit all changes to engineering for as -built drawings.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- CTS -I or CTS -D<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Crestron CTI<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Q -Sys Control 201<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Proven customer service experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - IP networking knowledge<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - AV and IT system troubleshooting skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - IP network switch and router configuration including VLAN and QoS prioritization
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and others.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Setup and connection of VTC units (Cisco, Lifesize, Polycom, etc…)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Setup and load code into Control Systems (Q -Sys, Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc…)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Setup and load code into DSP (BSS, Biamp, ClearOne, etc…)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Configure Interactive displays (SMART, Planar, etc…)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Wireless Microphone frequency coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Video Wall setup and configuration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
