The Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician will support the technology needs of the property in the following ways:

This role supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of high‑quality audio-visual experiences across the property. The AV Support Technician ensures meetings, events, and group programs run smoothly by providing reliable technical support and responsive service.

• Set up, test, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and group programs
• Provide on‑site support for microphones, speakers, projectors, televisions, and presentation systems
• Troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless guest experience
• Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and group leaders to understand and deliver event requirements
• Assist with maintaining, organizing, and inventorying AV equipment and storage areas
• Participate in site visits, event walk‑throughs, and pre‑event preparation as needed

Qualifications

• Previous AV or technical experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction.
• Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Must be flexible with scheduling. Weekends or on call may be required.
• Ability to work in an agile environment

Education/Experience 2 years of related IT experience.
