Audio Visual Support Technician

Job TitleRequired Education: Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination Preferred certification: InfoComm CTS certification Required Skills & Experience: Experience with A/V and classroom controller hardware/software Technical knowledge of video and web conferencing tools Experience with both Windows and Apple systems Job Responsibilities: Direct A/V support for classrooms, academic spaces, and events Troubleshooting moderately complex A/V and classroom technology issues Supporting installations, setups, system status, and downtime procedures Training, scheduling, and managing staff and/or student employees Streaming and web-conferencing knowledge, Camera operation, Understanding of room A/V equipment, Portable sound reinforcement, and video projection Strong customer service, Adaptability, organization, communication, and flexibility Willingness to work extended hours when needed Preferred Experience: Experience in higher education A/V or technology support Experience training others on technology use Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
