TradeSTAR is seeking experienced Level II Commercial Audio/Visual Technicians for immediate openings with one of our valued client partners in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. If you have experience installing commercial AV systems and enjoy working on new construction or renovation projects, we want to hear from you.

These opportunities are in commercial construction and technology integration. This is not residential, live event, or entertainment AV work.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate AV, audio, video, and control cabling

• Mount displays, speakers, cameras, and other AV devices

• Assist with rack builds and system integration

• Read blueprints and construction drawings

• Work with Lead Technicians and Project Managers

• Help mentor Helpers and Level I Technicians

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial AV, low-voltage, or structured cabling experience

• Experience on commercial construction sites

• Ability to read plans and troubleshoot installations

• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
