Audiology Opportunity in South East NJ

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Audiologist to join our team in a flexible and dynamic role that offers both professional autonomy and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment

Position Details:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start times available)
  • Locations: Travel between two locations in close proximity in our New Jersey City offices, supporting overflow and busy days.
  • Languages: Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure tone testing, speech audiometry, immittance measures, and pediatric assessments.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostic procedures like Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) and Videonystagmography (VNG).
  • Provide counseling to patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to create integrated care plans.
  • Maintain accurate health records and prepare detailed reports.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year post-licensure experience in Audiology.
  • Doctoral (AuD) or Master's degree in Audiology.
  • Active New Jersey State Audiology License.
  • ASHA or AAA certification.

  • Comfort with traveling between locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
  • Commission: Potential to earn up to $5,000 annually
  • Paid Time Off: 7 paid holidays + 13 days PTO.
