Compensation: $80,000$150,000+ per year with very high earning potential, commission, performance bonuses & full benefits

Schedule Options: 3, 4, or 5 days per week | Full-time or Part-time

A successful, multi-location audiology practice in the NYC area is expanding and seeking a NYS-licensed Dispensing Audiologist with Medicare and Medicaid credentials. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, sales-driven professional who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care while maximizing income through strong performance and results.

You will provide full-spectrum hearing healthcare services, combining clinical expertise, consultative selling, and relationship-building. Success in this role depends on your ability to educate patients, build trust, close sales, and deliver long-term care that results in high satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish strong rapport with patients and assess hearing and lifestyle needs
•Conduct audiometric and diagnostic testing
•Recommend and fit hearing aids with a solutions-oriented, sales-focused approach
•Confidently present technology options and pricing based on patient needs and affordability
•Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining ethical, patient-first standards
•Provide ongoing follow-up care, including adjustments, repairs, cleanings, and counseling
•Take ear impressions, manage hearing aid orders, and program devices
•Perform wax removal as needed
•Maintain accurate patient records within an EMR system
•Manage your schedule to optimize patient volume and revenue performance
•Contribute to team goals by supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance

Ideal Candidate Profile

•NYS Dispensing Audiologist license
•Active Medicare & Medicaid numbers
•Hearing Aid Instrument Specialist credentials preferred
•Strong sales drive and motivation to maximize earnings
•Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
•Patient-focused while being results-driven and revenue-minded
•Organized, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
•Comfortable working toward sales targets and business goals
•EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
