A growing, multi-location audiology practice serving New York and New Jersey is seeking a confident and motivated Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join one of it's, NY location.

The Role
You will manage the full clinical patient journey, including:
Fitting and dispensing hearing aids (traditional and extended wear/Lyric devices)
Real Ear Measurement & Speech Mapping
Assistive device recommendations
CAPD assessments and tinnitus management (AuD) Audiologists only
Patient counseling and follow-up
Supporting practice growth through excellent patient engagementThis role requires a professional who is clinically strong, personable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment. Hearing Instrument Specialists with strong sales and patient management skills are encouraged to apply.
What We're Looking For
Master's or Doctorate in Audiology or appropriate HIS certification/license
Licensed (or eligible) in New York
Strong interpersonal and patient counseling skills
Ability to manage a full clinical schedule independently
Commercial awareness and confidence presenting treatment options
Organised, professional, and motivatedExperience is preferred, especially for candidates who can demonstrate patient engagement and hearing aid conversion performance
