If you're looking for more than just another audiology position, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact while growing both clinically and financially.

Our client, a thriving private audiology practice in the Greater Houston area, is seeking an Audiologist who is passionate about evidence-based care, building meaningful patient relationships, and helping shape the future of a growing practice. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds—a collaborative, supportive team and the autonomy to expand your clinical expertise in a modern, state-of-the-art office.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Help develop and grow a vestibular program from the ground up.

  • Practice in a newly built, modern clinic designed for long-term growth.

  • Enjoy a diverse caseload that includes diagnostics, hearing technology, tinnitus management, and specialty services.

  • Expand your clinical expertise into cochlear implants and other advanced treatment options based on your interests.

  • Become a trusted resource in the community through physician outreach and patient education.

  • Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and provide individualized patient counseling.

  • Fit and program hearing aids using real-ear verification and best-practice protocols.

  • Evaluate and treat tinnitus patients, including Lenire therapy.

  • Dispense and educate patients on assistive listening devices (ALDs).

  • Play an active role in developing and expanding vestibular services.

  • Build lasting relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners while helping grow the practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) with an active Texas Audiology license.

  • Commitment to evidence-based clinical care and outstanding patient outcomes.

  • Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Passion for creating an exceptional patient experience.

  • Interest in community engagement and contributing to practice growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:$75,000–$95,000 (depending on experience)

  • Uncapped Commission: Average earnings of $25,000–$100,000+ annually

  • 100% Employer-Paid Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid holidays and generous PTO

  • Continuing education and professional development support

If you're ready to join a practice where your clinical expertise is valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and your earning potential has no ceiling, we'd love to hear from you.
