What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and provide individualized patient counseling.
Fit and program hearing aids using real-ear verification and best-practice protocols.
Evaluate and treat tinnitus patients, including Lenire therapy.
Dispense and educate patients on assistive listening devices (ALDs).
Play an active role in developing and expanding vestibular services.
Build lasting relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners while helping grow the practice.
What We're Looking For
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) with an active Texas Audiology license.
Commitment to evidence-based clinical care and outstanding patient outcomes.
Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for creating an exceptional patient experience.
Interest in community engagement and contributing to practice growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:$75,000$95,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped Commission: Average earnings of $25,000$100,000+ annually
