Audiologist – LGHP ENT (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Schedule

  • Full-Time – 40 Hours per Week
  • Day Shift: Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities

Position Summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Audiologist to join the LGHP ENT team in Lancaster, PA. The Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiologic evaluations, diagnostic testing, counseling, and treatment recommendations for patients with communication and hearing deficits. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive audiologic assessments and diagnostic testing
    • Conduct acoustic immittance, otoacoustic emissions, and other basic audiologic procedures
    • Diagnose communication and hearing deficits and recommend appropriate treatment plans
    • Provide patient counseling, education, and hearing healthcare recommendations
    • Deliver patient-centered care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient confidentiality
    • Collaborate effectively with physicians, faculty, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
    • Adhere to departmental policies, healthcare compliance standards, and patient safety protocols
    • Stay current with evolving audiology practices and clinical advancements
    • Support exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction standards
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Audiology required
    • ASHA and/or AAA Certification required
    • Pediatric Audiology experience preferred
    • Minimum 5+ years of Audiology experience preferred
    • Active Pennsylvania Audiologist license or eligibility preferred
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
    • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical environment

    Practice Highlights

    • Fast-paced ENT and Audiology practice working alongside three surgeons
    • Patient volume of approximately 15–30 patients per day
    • Diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
    • Interview process conducted via Microsoft Teams
    • Credentialing/enrollment process may take up to 120 days, with expedited turnaround available within 5–6 weeks
