Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master''s Degree - From an accredited Audiology program or,
  • Ph.D. - From an accredited Audiology program or equivalent educ/experience.
  • Coursework/Training - Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need.
  • Oregon Audiologist License upon hire.
  • Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
