Audiologist needed

Confidential ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Practice is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated clinician who is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to both pediatric and adult patients.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic assessments, including:
  • Tympanometry
  • Acoustic reflex testing
  • Otoacoustic emissions (OAE)
  • Conditioned play audiometry
  • Visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA)
  • Speech-in-noise testing
• Initiate appropriate follow-up care and referrals to healthcare and educational professionals as needed.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports documenting patient visits and evaluations.
• Occasionally participate in community outreach events to strengthen relationships with patients and the local community.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology required.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts license to practice Audiology.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to excellent, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Desire to continue learning, developing professionally, and growing as part of a dedicated team.
