What Youll Do
- Conduct diagnostic audiometric testing to assess hearing function
- Provide aural rehabilitative services to diverse patient populations
- Prescribe and fit hearing aids or assistive listening devices
- Interpret audiometric results and coordinate with diagnostic data
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on hearing health and device usage
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and best practices
What You Need
- Active ASHA Certification in Audiology
- Louisiana Audiology License or eligibility for licensure
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
