Wilmington Health is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our growing ENT and Audiology team in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a 4th year AuD student or early-career Audiologist who is looking for mentorship, clinical growth, and a supportive team environment.

Join a growing ENT and Audiology team supporting four ENT physicians (and expanding)
Work alongside experienced ASHA-certified Audiologists who provide mentorship and support

Collaborative care model with close physician partnership
Comprehensive audiologic evaluations
Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
Vestibular and diagnostic testing
Patient education and counseling
Collaborate with ENT physicians on patient care and treatment planning
Care for a wide variety of hearing and balance disorders
Entering 4th Year of Doctorate or Masters degree in Audiology
Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and long-term career development
4th year AuD students and new graduates are encouraged to apply
