We are seeking an Audiology Assistant to support clinical services, hearing aid analysis, and front desk operations in our audiology clinic. This role works closely with audiologists and graduate students to provide basic patient support, troubleshoot hearing aid issues, assist with electroacoustic analysis (ANSI standards), and manage scheduling, patient check-in, and device coordination. All patient care activities are completed under the direction of a supervising audiologist.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an audiology clinic or healthcare setting
  • Completion of an Audiology Assistant certification/program
  • Knowledge of current hearing aid technology
  • Experience supporting students or working in an educational setting (preferred)
  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
