Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Senior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting function and contribute to a strong financial reporting environment. This individual will play a key role in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audit support, and maintaining the integrity of financial records.

Description

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Complete account reconciliations and investigate variances as needed.
  • Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of schedules and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Leverage NetSuite to manage accounting transactions and generate financial reports.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting both internal and external audits.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • Private industry accounting experience, including:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
