Audit Associate

A client-centered small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking an Audit Associate to support financial statement audits and assurance engagements in a mentoring team environment.

Highlights

• Perform audit fieldwork: testing, documentation, walkthroughs, and workpaper prep under GAAS
• Assist with year-end audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held clients
• Collaborate with seniors and managers; learn industries from manufacturing to professional services
• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA eligibility preferred; 0–2 years audit / assurance experience
• Hybrid options with work-life balance and supportive busy-season planning
• Firm is interviewing now — looking to hire ASAP

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 DOE
• Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential
