Position Overview

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Audit Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to a variety of audit engagements while working closely with experienced leadership and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements

  • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation

  • Perform audit testing and substantive procedures

  • Identify and communicate findings related to internal controls and compliance

  • Work directly with clients to gather necessary information

  • Support senior team members with engagement deliverables and deadlines

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of public accounting audit experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

  • EA or CPA preferred but not required

  • Experience with not-for-profit and/or multi-employer benefit plan audits highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
