    Description

    Audit Coordinator

    The Audit Coordinator will support internal and external audit activities across global travel insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, operational policies, and client-specific requirements. This role is pivotal in coordinating audit logistics, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders including client, Capgemini delivery teams, and external auditors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate audit timelines, meetings, and travel logistics for audit teams and stakeholders.
    • Liaise with regional travel desks and compliance teams to ensure alignment with travel policies.
    • Collect, organize, and validate audit documentation including expense reports, travel approvals, and vendor contracts.
    • Maintain audit workpapers, binders, and digital repositories in accordance with internal SOPs.
    • Serve as the central point of contact for audit-related communications between Capgemini, client, and third-party vendors.
    • Support cross-functional teams in responding to audit queries and findings.
    • Track audit findings and corrective actions using tools.
    • Prepare audit status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
    • Assist in risk assessments and denial avoidance strategies related to travel reimbursements and vendor compliance.

    Preferred Experience

    • Prior engagement with global insurance clients.
    • Exposure to travel guard programs, vendor onboarding, and international meeting logistics.
    • Experience working with cross-border teams and managing audit deliverables across geographies.
