Audit Senior / Audit Supervisor / Audit Manager
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Area | Public Accounting
A growing and highly respected public accounting firm in the Pittsburgh market is seeking an experienced Audit professional to join their collaborative and employee-focused team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor, or newer Audit Manager who is seeking long-term career growth, leadership opportunity, and a clear path toward future partnership.
This firm offers a close-knit culture, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to play a key role in the future growth and leadership of the Audit Department. The right individual will have the ability to step into increased leadership responsibilities over the next several years with partnership potential in time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform audit, review, and assurance engagements for a variety of clients and industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Review financial statements and related workpapers for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and managing engagement timelines
- Mentor, train, and develop junior staff members
- Work closely with firm leadership on client service and department growth initiatives
- Participate in process improvement and operational efficiencies within the audit department
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior public accounting audit experience required
- CPA license preferred or actively progressing toward CPA certification
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures
- Leadership mindset with interest in long-term career advancement
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Desire to grow into future department leadership and partnership
