Salary: $120,000-$160,000

We are a full service CPA & Advisory firm seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing audit projects, managing a team of auditors, and ensuring that audit findings are accurate and timely. You will be expected to provide guidance and support to the team while also interacting with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee audit projects from start to finish, ensuring that all audit work is completed accurately and within established timelines
• Manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure timely and effective communication of audit findings and recommendations
• Participate in the development of the annual audit plan, identifying key areas of risk and proposing appropriate audit procedures
• Prepare audit reports that summarize findings and recommendations, including corrective actions to address identified deficiencies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, trends, and best practices in auditing and accounting
• Contribute to the development of the department's policies, procedures, and practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA, CIA or Chartered Accountant equivalent
• 4+ years audit experience
• Thorough understanding of auditing principles and best practices
• Public Accounting background
• Ability to travel to client locations
