Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and oversee audit and review engagements for a diverse portfolio of for-profit and nonprofit clients within a CPA firm environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead audit and review engagements from planning through completion

- Oversee audits and reviews for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations

- Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and junior audit staff

- Review workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables

- Serve as the primary point of contact for audit clients

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Collaborate with the Audit Partner on engagement planning and scheduling

- Monitor budgets, timelines, and engagement progress

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6-10+ years of public accounting audit experience

- Prior Audit Manager experience required

- Minimum 3 years holding an Audit Manager title at current firm

- Strong experience with both for-profit and nonprofit audits

- Active CPA license required

- Proven ability to independently manage audit engagements

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Stable employment history preferred
