    We're a full-service accounting, assurance, and advisory firm with over 40 years of experience serving individuals and businesses from our office in Morrow, Georgia. As a growing mid-sized firm, we combine the knowledge of a seasoned team with the personal connection of a close-knit workplace.

    Role Overview

    As an Audit Manager, you'll work directly with clients, staff, and partners on a variety of client engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments.

    In this role, you will:

    • Manage audit engagements, including planning, scheduling, and setting engagement details
    • Hold engagement teams to high accounting and auditing quality standards
    • Review staff workpapers and audit documentation to maintain accuracy and quality
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and staff development opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support
    • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure successful engagement completion

    Qualifications

    • Active CPA License required
    • Public accounting audit experience with increasing responsibility
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel and work additional hours during busy seasons
